Really like this product, but it takes a fair amount of hand strength to start it. I agree with others that it's harder with arthritis. But once going, it works really well and really is easy to clean. No garlic stink on my hands from mincing with a knife!

Easy to use and handle. Have used it with both garlic and ginger and does a great job mincing. Durable and made with hard plastic

I cook with minced garlic a lot, and I really needed a better way of mincing it than whacking away at it with a knife. I found that the Garlic Twister does exactly what it says it will do. It turns cloves of garlic into minced garlic (and perfectly minced, I might add) in seconds. Simple design too. No complicated parts, and no sharp blades to deal with.

This is a real time-saver when it comes to preparing ingredients for cooking. I should have had this a long time ago! Highly recommended for anyone who loves garlic.
